Welcome to Our Yoga Center in Willits!

Located in the heart of Mendocino County, Our Yoga Center offers yoga classes 7 days a week. Talented teachers bring a wide range of styles: Hatha, Iyengar, Hot Yoga, Restorative, Prenatal, Postnatal, Kids, Vinyasa, Gentle, Senior, Meditation, and more. All levels welcome from beginner to advanced. Two studios, dressing rooms with showers, and lots of parking. We look forward to seeing you.

Introduction to Yoga

This series is good for individuals who are new to yoga and for those who are coming back to yoga after a long break.  Enjoy a slower pace with a focus on the details of alignment in the poses.

Prenatal Yoga

Enjoy the benefits of yoga during pregnancy. Build strength, balance, and flexibility.  Tone the pelvic floor. Relax through restorative poses. Connect with your baby through breath, visualization, and meditation.

Vinyasa flow is the linking of body movements with breath.  We will use breath and music to synchronize movement through the postures.  Yoga will help you to bring the energies of your body into alignment so that you can experience the best quality of life at every possible level.
